Crater – Márton Simon and iamyank - Pilinszky evening

A joint evening with Márton Simon and iamyank, which pays tribute to the poetry of János Pilinszky

Márton Simon is a poet, translator and slammer, who has published four books of poetry (Songs from the Highlands, Polaroids, Wedding of the Foxes, I Wanted to Talk to You in the Kitchen at Night).

The mood of iamyank's works is characterised by nothingness, positive melancholy and a combination of sometimes friendly, sometimes distant musical fabrics. In recent years, he has been exploring the common ground between classical musical traditions and conceptual ambience. Through bolder, more decisive moments he tries, alongside Márton Simon, to function as a contrast between himself and predictability.
