Let's go forest bathing together for four months in Városliget! We invite everyone to a two-hour group recreational walk based on the forest therapy method, which helps participants slow down, calm down, relax, and observe everything that surrounds them in the here and now. There are no expectations, just experiencing the small joys and wonders of the moment. Refreshment and offline relaxation in the fresh air are guaranteed. At the closing event, we can take part in a new moon forest bathing session. The moon reminds us of constant change. On this day, the moon is aligned between the Earth and the sun. We will go on a new moon forest bath walk, and today we can start anything anew and renew ourselves. Learning from the nature of July, we may also become ready for change.
