Concert of City of Veszprém Mixed Choir, Gizella Chamber Choir and Opus Chamber Choir

The House of Music Hungary opens its doors to the city several times a year, and this time we are offering you an insight into the musical life of the city of Veszprém through a series of special concerts and one-off events over several weeks.

Veszprém is a city of choral music and choral festivals. For many decades, masterpieces of vocal music have been regularly performed in the squares, halls and churches of the historic town. The long list of Europa Cantat, Vivace, Romantic and Spring Song Festivals, Hungarian Choirs' Meetings, is a testimony to the dedication of the city's singers and conductors. On this particular afternoon, three emblematic ensembles will bring together generations of singers to sing for and with each other, involving the audience in the joy of singing.
