Instruments from around the world
We invite you to join us on an exciting adventure around the world as we discover many rare and unique instruments.
What does a donkey’s jaw or snakeskin sound like?
What makes better music, a saw or Tibetan bowls?
How can a drum recreate the gentle murmur of waves?
Can a dry cactus branch make rain fall? Can you play the recorder with your nose?
What does the talking drum say? The musicians of Ethnosound will introduce not only the instruments, but also their history, cultural background, and fascinating technical details.
