LALA Tamar is the new diva of eastern pop music, with a unique modern take on her North African Jewish heritage: her radiant femininity and distinctive voice authentically represent the Moroccan Jewish music culture of Spain. With her powerful voice and compelling feminine presence, she brought the previously undiscovered songs of the Jewish women of Morocco to Spain for the first time. She has transformed these ancient Ladino hymns into punchy pop songs with dance and hip-hop beats, and her performance will have the whole audience dancing.
