The third in the series of his lectures, author and rock historian Béla Szilárd Jávorszky presents the start of pop during the 1950s, an era which saw the Cold War and bebop, McCarthyism and rock and roll all at the same time, as well as an emerging rebellion against the much detested and condemned societal and power structure: the Establishment.
According to current regulations, from March 7, 2022, it is no longer obligatory to wear a mask when visiting the House of Music Hungary. Concerts, programs and exhibitions can be attended without a vaccination certificate or card.
