Vocal-electronical playground and open mixer
Laura Antal and Bálint Bolcsó led a course entitled Vocal – Electronic Playground at the Faculty of Arts at the PTE during the autumn semester. On the course, classical singing, vocal music teaching, choir leading, and electronic music media arts students explored the possibilities of the human voice and electronics in a joint project. Their experiments were based on excerpts from a cycle of short poems by Katalin Ladik entitled Concerto, from which they presented a collage-like string. Afterwards, we invite everyone to join us for a joint electronic music improvisation session led by the teachers from the department (Bálint Bolcsó, Balázs Kovács).
