Shinrin Yoku meditative walk in the park
This programme is held in Hungarian.
Let's engage in forest bathing together for four months in the City Park! We invite everyone for a two-hour group recreational walk, based on the forest therapy method, helping participants to slow down, quiet down, relax, and observe everything that surrounds them in the here and now. Led by Niki Rendes, an environmental educator, forest bathing leader, and tree examiner, these walks focus on both the outer and inner world. We connect with ourselves, nature, each other, and constant change. There are no expectations, only the experience of small joys and wonders brought by the moment. Guaranteed refreshment, offline relaxation in the fresh air. The first session in June will focus on the fascinating body language of trees. We only receive from the trees. They enrich and beautify our lives with numerous gifts. What can the body language of these wonderful beings reveal? Let’s step into each other's shoes and acquaint ourselves with different perspectives. Let’s observe the trees through a tree examiner's eyes, through the eyes of a squirrel, an ant, and finally through our own perspective. If we remain open, we will surely learn something from the trees of the City Park during this walk.
