Cimbalom Salon: Concert of Szabó Dániel and Zimber Ferenc
The careers of the two dulcimer artists are connected at several points. The most important is the origin of Székesfehérvár and, of course, the person of the master, Tamás Petrovics, who marked the way for them, which is based on the respect and authentic performance of Hungarian folk music. Both artists are committed to the folk dulcimer style, which is free from the stylistic features of folk music and has a dance rhythm and character. With its unique, pregnant sound, this playing technique is able to create order in the tangled string of this magical instrument.
Who do we recommend it to? For fans of traditional music; for lovers of dulcimer music.
