Hungarian dance with Batyu
This programme is held in Hungarian.
In the old days, in the countryside, festivities were often held in the barn, where people stamped the ground so smooth with their feet that many modern buildings would envy it. But what is even more interesting is that people actually enjoyed this so‑called barn‑stamping, as they danced, laughed, and had such a carefree good time—often after 8–10 hours of exhausting work—that many people today would envy that as well. The good news, however, is that there is no need to be envious; you can come to this unconventional celebration and rediscover and experience the joy of movement! All this with Uncle Batyu’s brilliant humor and exceptional leadership, who is sure to bring a smile to everyone’s face, from the very youngest to the oldest, and turn everyone’s footwear into dancing shoes, into seven‑spurred boots!
Dear Visitor, We kindly inform you that during the event, photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings may be taken. By attending the event, you consent to the recording of such materials through your implied conduct.
Covered Open-air Stage concerts
The program will be held even in rainy weather, as the Open-air Stage is largely covered.
We are welcoming the whole family to our outdoor stage with ever more exciting concerts, performances and activities at 10:30 every Saturday throughout the summer! Our series is not only dedicated to a wide variety of musical genres – from jazz through Hungarian and African folk music to classical music – but also to some great artists who may be less familiar to the general public but who really deserve more attention.
