Project Cappuccino: The roads are inscrutably bumpy - album launch
Dávid Korándi earned his reputation with Zombie Girlfriend and Felső Tízezerből [Upper Ten Thousand], the latter of which he was a founding member of before leaving a few years back to return to being a columnist. He started the Cappuccino Project as a one-man project, releasing its first EPs in 2017 – produced with the help of Balogh Gallus, familiar from Mayberian Sanskülotts – followed up by the EP Them in 2018. In 2020 the project expanded to become a band with members coming from Mayberian Sanskülotts and Galaxisok. Cappuccino remains Korándi's project, but his first full-length album in five years was recorded and released in December 2022 with a truly orchestral line-up. Alongside Korándi, Gallus Balogh, Zita Csordás, Donát Kelecsényi, Dániel Por are leading members, with Soma Bradák, István Hromkó and Benedek Szabó also featuring on three tracks.
