The Budapest Ritmo Friday program starts with an international conference, offering panels, roundtable discussions, film screenings, speed meetings and further networking opportunities for domestic and international professional audiences. The language of the conference is English.
Budapest Ritmo is realized within the framework of the Bartók Spring
as a joint programme with Hangvető, organized by Müpa.

Once again, Budapest Ritmo invites you on a special musical journey. This year, the festival moves into the House of Music Hungary, so between 9 and 11 April, not only the conference but the entire concert programme will be hosted by this iconic Budapest venue. The Ritmo experience itself, however, remains unchanged: the world’s many musical languages, modern sounds blending with ancient traditions, and rarely heard instruments are just waiting to be discovered, so that we can ultimately find our new favourite performers.
