Heart-lifting, soul-warming, eye-pleasing, catchy music to launch you into the New Year – only here, only now, conjured up especially for this occasion! In the series of the House of Music focusing on special days, virtuoso musicians from various genres have created this unique concert from the year-launching songs of different peoples. Interwoven with music games that build on audience participation, demonstrations of special instruments, and invigorating improvisations, this family concert is an exciting musical journey for parents and a captivating experience for children. The music spreads out a magic carpet beneath us: let’s soar together onto new, adventurous paths!
The latest thematic series of the highly successful crossover ensemble of the House of Music helps families get into the festive spirit. And in quite an extraordinary way! Masters of different musical genres such as Béla Ágoston, multi-instrumentalist musician and founder of Zuboly; Sára Bolyki, folk singing teacher at the Liszt Academy and singer of Jazzation; László Heigl, the excellent double bass player known from the band Misztrál and other ensembles; Gergely Tar – percussion teacher at the PEMA University of Popular Music; Áron Tálas, the young virtuoso of jazz piano; László Szlama – kobza and citera teacher at the Liszt Academy, Young Master of Folk Art – have joined forces under the leadership of Anna Gulyás, singer and music educator at the House of Music, to make music together! Music that spans times, eras, peoples, and genres, with delightful games tailored to the ears of little ones: a truly refined festive tuning-in!
