Guided Tour for Children in the Permanent Exhibition
The House of Music’s permanent exhibition titled Sound Dimensions offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of feedback responses, we can confidently say – lasts a lifetime. We would like to make this experience available for underage children as well – and thereby give parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in safe hands. This is why we have created a guided tour specifically for children, taking place without adults, whose aim is to enable the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that suits their own needs.
This 90-minute session seeks to win children over to the world of music through games, music, and by presenting parts of the exhibition that may not be immediately noticeable at first glance. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy the attractions of the House of Music or even other sights in City Park for 90 minutes without interruption. In order for the children to have the best possible time and to be able to relax among their peers, we kindly ask that you purchase tickets exclusively for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to participating in the program for an hour and a half without an accompanying relative!
Adults interested in the exhibition are required to purchase a full-price ticket; they can view the exhibition independently of this program.
Recommended age group: 4–8 years
Maximum number of participants: 10 people
The session is held in Hungarian.
