The Nutcracker - Royal Ballet

Toy magician Herr Drosselmeyer must save his nephew. Hans-Peter has been transformed into the Nutcracker, and the only way to break the curse is for Nutcracker to defeat the Mouse King and find a girl to love and care for him. Hope is sparked when Drosselmeyer meets young Klara at a Christmas party. A little magic turns an intimate Christmas gathering into a wonderful adventure! Since its premiere in 1984, Peter Wright's The Nutcracker has continued to enchant audiences. Bringing to life Tchaikovsky's best-known melodies and Julia Trevelyan Oman's beautiful sets and costumes, The Nutcracker is sure to be a feast for all ages!
