Zuboly Táncz House
Béla Ágoston is one of the most eclectic musicians in Hungary, active in a wide array of genres, from folk music and jazz to world music. He is also the founder or collaborator in a whole host of different ensembles.
Ágoston founded the more pop-based group Zuboly for a wider audience in 2005. Here, a hip-hop and beat-oriented musical world collides with Hungarian folk music and treasured Hungarian melodies, creating a kind of live mashup of beatbox rhythmic formulas with well-known Hungarian hits, swing music moods and drum’n’bass. Ágoston, then, has a true affinity with music, as he will ably demonstrate at this concert, performing under the name Zuboly Táncz House alongside two very special dance-house guests, Ferenc Sebő and Bori Magyar.
