Gábor Csalog & Barnabás Tóth: The Shortening Future
This programme is held in Hungarian.
At the Shortened Future exhibition of the Graphic Collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, we can view the watercolor series created by the Hungarian artist living in Germany, Géza Perneczky, over the past decades, alongside drawings and graphics from the late creative periods of world-famous artists (Goya, van Gogh, Camille Corot, Manet, Rodin, Toulouse-Lautrec, Picasso). The exhibition, which can be visited until September 28, will close with an intimate chamber concert by pianist Gábor Csalog and cellist Barnabás Tóth at the House of Music, where late masterpieces by great composers will also be featured. On the day of the concert, at 16:30, the exhibition's curators, art historians Kinga Bódi and Kata Bodor, will give a guided tour of the exhibition, and Kinga Bódi will briefly introduce the audience to the oeuvre of Géza Perneczky at the beginning of the concert.
