In one of the most special spaces of the House of Music Hungary, the Sound Dome, in addition to 360° film screenings and DOME_LIVE events, our series Sound Dome Concerts, launched in February, now also fills this unusual venue with live music productions. This time a completely unclassifiable band with an astonishingly original sound, Programmed CellDeath, will perform, accompanying with their music one of the most popular and longest-running Sound Dome films, the work titled DOME 008_Bosch: Garden of Earthly Delights

Programmed CellDeath was formed in 2018 through the collaboration of singer-pianist György Philipp, cellist Endre Kertész and actor-percussionist Zoltán Mózes, soon joined by woodwind player Zsolt Bartek. According to their own genre definition: “dissonant, melodic consonances with groovy polyrhythms, sprinkled with genuine wonder.” PSH is one of the elusive islands of moment-art: strange figures (just like in the Bosch film), distorted efforts, dense chords, filigree melodic arches. At this concert, in the absence of György Philipp, FM Lili will be joining the band.

Endre Kertész is a first-generation musician. He was born in Szentendre and received his diploma from the Vienna Academy of Music, studying under the principal cellist of the Vienna Philharmonic. Since moving back home, he has led a highly diverse musical life, trying himself in many areas: in addition to his classical training he improvises at a high level, and plays jazz, rock, pop, folk, world and electronic music, and also performs with contemporary dancers (Pál Frenák, Klári Pataky, Kata Juhász, Krisztián Gergye), in theatre (Radnóti, Budaörs, Karinthy, RS9) and at exhibitions. His current ensembles: Budapest Improvisers Orchestra, Soharóza Choir, Sickratman Intim Kártett, Gecó és a Fa, ¡Nosnach, More von dir, Zóra Band, the András Cseh & György Bartók Trio, and Edina “Mókus” Szirtes’s band; as a freelance musician he also appears in many other formations and productions.

Zoltán Mózes is a freelance performing artist whose primary instrument is drums. He has been a permanent creative partner of Gábor Goda’s Artus Company for thirteen years and is a founding member of the Kompánia Theatre Company. In addition, he has worked with Béla Pintér, György Phillip, the Bab Company, and as a composer and musician with the Cipolla Collective, Grotesque Gymnastics, the physical theatre department of the University of Theatre and Film Arts, and the Vojtina Puppet Theatre. In November 2025, the production Foltmanók, whose music he composed, was premiered to great success at the House of Music Hungary. He is a permanent member of the bands Napokon and Programmed CellDeath, as well as Péter Jakab’s band, and has performed as a guest musician with Szeder, Soulbreakers, Terra Profonda, Dorota, Napfonat and Jü. His first solo album was released in May 2026 on the Klinik Label.

Clarinetist Zsolt Bartek is one of the most versatile and active performers in the Hungarian contemporary music and musical theatre scene. Thanks to his rich instrumental knowledge and creative performing artistry, his playing can be heard in the most diverse performances and formations, from classical chamber concerts and world premieres of contemporary pieces to theatrical performances.

Flóra Lili Matisz (FM Lili) has been involved with music since childhood and obtained her degree at the Liszt Academy’s jazz department, majoring in vocal performance. For over a decade and a half she has been working as a theatre composer in Hungary and abroad; at present she has ten pieces in the repertoire of Katona József Theatre, Örkény Theatre, Studio K and Berlin’s Deutsches Theater. In total, she has written the music for more than forty theatre productions and often appears as a musical performer in the shows; her oeuvre so far exceeds seven hundred compositions. After her earlier formations, she now usually performs with her solo project.
