Róbert Lukács & His Band
Whether it is the stirring melodies of string gypsy bands or the moving tunes of café pianists, music has always filled the restaurants, taverns, and cafés of Hungarian cities. The Musicians’ Café series, launched at the House of Music Hungary café, takes audiences into the world of hospitality musicians once a month. During our café evenings, the restaurant atmosphere of Gyula Krúdy’s era comes to life, along with the days of Pál Jávor, Antal Páger, celebrities carousing with the band, and even decadent country gentlemen. The series aims to draw attention to one of our most important Hungarian cultural treasures: café gypsy music, which, sadly, is increasingly being pushed into the background today. This time, live gypsy music will be provided by Róbert Lukács and his band.

Our guests will be welcomed with a complimentary drink, and, in keeping with the spirit of Musicians’ Café, dinner and drinks will also be available at the concert venue.

Dear Visitor, We kindly inform you that during the event, photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings may be taken. By attending the event, you consent to the recording of such materials through your implied conduct.
