Contemporary with the House itself, Soundmaker, Árpád Tóth’s interactive educational series has reached its 5th season. In the 2026/27 season we will once again explore well-known and lesser-known chapters of a thousand years of music history through special cross-sections and unusual perspectives, while the basic principle of the events remains unchanged: it is simply impossible to go home from this event without humming something.
In the continuation of the 2025–26 season’s performance Dreams, Visions, we will delve into the depths of well-known and unknown musical works in which visions and prophecies play the leading role. We will not only pick from works in which prophecies are of great importance, but we will also try to find out what unusual musical possibilities are discovered by composers who set visions and prophecies to music.
