Ági Szalóki’s magnificent album was released 20 years ago; it was one of the first children’s records which, with its instrumentation and the high standards characteristic of albums made for adults, opened a new chapter in music for children. This chapter was enriched further by later albums (Gingalló, Körforgás) and has inspired many. From this rich repertoire, Ági and her band present a wonderful selection so that over the next 20 years many more people can get to know this superb music and, through it, quality world music.
