Tindia

The programme is held in Hungarian.

The Tindia band started its career in 2015 at a popular Budapest café where they regularly held Moldavian dance houses and folk pubs. However, the band is not only comfortable in the world of dance houses, but they also introduce the youngest ones to the world of Moldavian music and dance in an experiential way. In their interactive children's sessions, little ones can get acquainted with folk instruments, melodies, and dances in a playful manner. The collective singing, rhyming, and circle dances provide a liberating experience, while children immerse themselves unnoticed in the magic of folk music. The liberated collective dance and music offer a joyful experience for the whole family, while traditions continue to live on among the youngest as well.

We are welcoming the whole family to our outdoor stage with ever more exciting concerts, performances and activities at 10:30 every Saturday throughout the summer! Our series is not only dedicated to a wide variety of musical genres – from jazz through Hungarian and African folk music to classical music – but also to some great artists who may be less familiar to the general public but who really deserve more attention.
