"Siketfajd is not specifically targeted performative orient avantrock, somewhere between front-line old school hardcore, post-punk, and dense, driving guitar music, in the middle of the steppe..." – says the self-definition of the band Siketfajd, which started in the mid-2010s. The band, which began with psychedelic-Balkan-punk-funk, underwent a major transformation during the pandemic and rebuilt themselves almost from scratch. In 2022, they released their third studio album, and the material titled Hol van Pelikán? showcased the band's still dynamic sound amidst a radical transformation. Their latest song was released in 2024 under the title Siló.
