Hangadó Junior - The Impact of Music on Films

Imagine the following scene: a small child with a mischievous smile on his face is about to open a door. Now imagine that during this scene, terrifying music is playing, such as the screeching of violin strings, while a large drum rumbles in the background. Looking at it this way, we might not want them to open that door, right? After all, who knows what terrifying things await us behind it! But what happens if, during the same scene, a pleasant melody plays while tiny bells ring in the background? The scene changes immediately, doesn't it? Everything becomes cute, and we can't wait to find out what's on the other side! Of course, this sounds very simple, but doing it well is not easy at all! Balázs Alpár, film composer and returning guest on Hangadó Junior, will convince us of this by presenting numerous tricks and ideas on how a film can be even more than what we see. However, in addition to music, the main focus will of course be on entertainment, provided by Feri Tarr, the host of the series and concert educator at Zene Háza. As promised, this event will be a worthy continuation of the Hangadó Junior series, which has been running to full houses since 2023.
