Dance house: Klári Csernók and friends
This year, the free Outdoor Dance House continues from May to September on the Open-Air Stage of the House of Music, Hungary, with the first occasion featuring violinist Klári Csernók and her friends playing music. Csernók’s own band was formed in 2015 at the request of Éva Korpás, a Fonogram Award-winning Hungarian singer from Upper Hungary. They became the regular accompanists for the singer’s children’s and adult folk music programs. In addition, the band has provided permanent musical accompaniment for several folk dance ensembles and has become a regular guest at dance houses and folk pubs. With this event launching this year’s dance house series on the Open-Air Stage of the House of Music, Hungary, the organizers specifically seek to attract the attention of those who are not yet among the seasoned dance-house-goers.
Dance instructor: Richárd Vastag
