This year, from May to September, the free Dance House in the Open Air continues on the Open-Air Stage of the House of Music, this time with music by the Magos Band.
The Magos Ensemble, which plays traditional Hungarian folk music, is one of the most outstanding formations of the dance house movement. Their program is based on the rich collected material of 20th-century folk music researchers and on the instrumental knowledge they acquired from master informants. With their music, they bring to life the world of various regions of Transylvania, from slow, lyrical love songs to tightly pulsating dance tunes. In addition to the most popular regions of the dance house movement – Kalotaszeg and Mezőség – the members of the band introduce the audience to the folk music traditions of Transylvania by presenting the most unique music of the Maros region and Szeklerland.

The program will be held even in rainy weather, as the Open-air Stage is largely covered.
