KAZUKA – Children’s Songs

The Kazuka Children’s Songs band offers a cheerful, entertaining, educational and parent‑friendly children’s music show with the songs from the album Secret Little Island for those who appreciate sophisticated, instrumental music. Their goal is to create entertaining, meaningful and exciting songs from which more receptive kids can even build further – if one day they decide to make music themselves. Just as they drew from the musical solutions and harmonies of Kaláka, Judit Halász or the Sebő Ensemble’s songs as children – and continue to do so to this day.

Kazuka Children’s Songs was founded by Adrián Méhes (Muriel, Kodachrome) together with his wife, Fruzsi Deák, after the birth of their daughter, Moira. Adrián is a songwriter, lyricist, translator and singer‑guitarist, and has been making music for as long as he can remember. Their duo was joined by their friends and fellow musicians: Bálint Szeifert on bass guitar and Berci Sárkány on percussion.

Covered Open-air Stage concerts

The program will be held even in rainy weather, as the Open-air Stage is largely covered.

We are welcoming the whole family to our outdoor stage with ever more exciting concerts, performances and activities at 10:30 every Saturday throughout the summer! Our series is not only dedicated to a wide variety of musical genres – from jazz through Hungarian and African folk music to classical music – but also to some great artists who may be less familiar to the general public but who really deserve more attention.
