Várhegyutca Zenekar

The Várhegyutca is a band of 11 members playing funk, reggae, Balkan, folk, some rap and blues - a real crowd-pleaser. Through their distinctive sound of joyful music, they have built a strong and supportive community with their listeners that is constantly expanding through their emotional journey concerts; as much a part of the raving and intoxication as the free dancing and experiencing of emotional depths. Live, they have proven in countless venues that they are an absolute concert band that can make anyone dance and become a fan, and this has been experienced at sold-out concerts at Turbina and the House of Music, or as the opening act for Duckshell.
