In war-torn Rome, Tosca and Cavaradossi live for each other and their art. But when Cavaradossi helps an escaped prisoner, the lovers make a deadly enemy in Baron Scarpia, the chief of police. Tosca, at the mercy of Scarpia's desires, is forced to make a terrible deal: she must become the man she loathes in order to save the one she loves. Will she find an escape? A modern Rome provides the backdrop for a must-see, thrilling new interpretation of Puccini's thriller, directed by Oliver Mears.
