After the Family Sound Bath in the morning, we can participate in Bálint Bársony's Sound Bath in the evening, a special, meditative sound journey with singing bowls, bells, gongs, tingshas, and other sacred sound-producing instruments. Ancient, healing sounds and vibrations have a stronger harmonizing and regenerating effect on a person lying down - enjoy the singing bowl concert lying down and with closed eyes! The guests of the evening can fully experience it on the floor of the Music House Concert Hall by bringing a yoga mat and a blanket, but there is also an option to purchase traditional seated tickets.

Bálint Bársony, a saxophonist, composer, and sound therapist, encountered the magical vibrating singing bowls and their beneficial effects in 2013. He organized an expedition to Nepal to learn as much as possible about this millennia-old tradition of physical, mental, and spiritual purification techniques. A documentary was made under the name Sound Bowl Expedition, and Bálint studied the effects of these vibrations on our bodies with the help of Nepalese masters for three months. He regularly holds sound baths together with Rebeka, his wife.

The country got to know Bálint Bársony 25 years ago as the saxophonist of the Back To Black band, and ten years later, at the age of 29, he released a jazz album titled Sunshine Jazz. He then launched an interactive concert introducing children to musical instruments called Instrument Petting Zoo with Klári Korzenszky, a child psychologist-folksinger. He is the wind-soloist and band leader of the Hungarian Rhapsody Project founded in 2014.

The program is recommended for those over 12 years old.

We kindly ask our guests to bring a yoga mat and blanket to the Sound Bath if possible, and we also provide a limited number of seats.
