Choral Compositions by Máté Balogh
Máté Balogh is one of the most talented and internationally renowned young composers in Hungary. By his own admission, when he composes for voice, he usually places great emphasis on declamation and speech. On the fifth of the House of Music’s Authors? Present! concert series we can hear some of these vocal works performed by the Pax et Bonum Chamber Choir conducted by Boldizsár Kiss. Renátó Fehér will discuss the pieces with the composer.
