MESH 2026 – Music Education Conference, Day 2
Szervezés:
Music Edutainment Showcase (MESH), a meetup focused on experiential music education. On this day, we aim to showcase as many great Hungarian and international practices as possible for bringing music to the wider public in an engaging way, with a special focus on children. Importantly, this is also an opportunity to meet and connect—with music, and with one another.
Following the great success of the 2025 event, the House of Music is once again organizing its special professional day for educators. On this day, we want not only to express our appreciation for our fellow educators, but also to give them an engaging, hands-on experience of good practices in music education, both in Hungary and abroad, through workshops and discussions. We hope that these highly practical sessions, focusing on games and useful techniques, will showcase good practices that participants can take away and incorporate into their everyday work. To that end, we have organized the day’s events by age group (preschool, elementary school, and secondary school), so that during this short time everyone can gain as much knowledge as possible that is relevant to the age group they teach. Of course, our ultimate goal is not only the participants’ enjoyment, but the children’s too! We hope they’ll be the ones to benefit most when their teachers introduce them to the world of music with laughter and a fresh approach.
We hope that after taking part in the many different sessions, the educators who visit us will feel that they have also become part of a network that can support them in their future work.

You can take part in the program by purchasing a day ticket for the age group you teach. The tickets are also color-coded:
