Áron Tálas and Ádám Klausz's unusual keyboard-drum duo brilliantly combines the pulsating rhythms of modern hip hop, funk, and drum 'n' bass with the harmonies and melodies of jazz. The band was born out of the idea of street music, with the hidden intention of bringing this kind of music to people they would otherwise never encounter. Pianist and drummer Áron Tálas has demonstrated in countless other projects, as well as in the Borbély Workshop and his own trio, that professional knowledge and mischievous humor do not cancel each other out in the creative process, but rather reinforce each other, while Ádám Klausz has proven his versatility and openness as the drummer for Co Lee and the Nagy Emma Quintet, among others.
From spring 2023, we have expanded our offering at the Pop Culture Club Library with a new format: live music. There is hardly a corner of the House of Music where there has not been an instrumental performance, and our library has also passed this test, with memorable acoustic club concerts finding a home among the bookshelves.
