Stage Call! - The Juice

This programme is held in Hungarian.

To support the mission of the House of Music, as part of the Fringe program launched in 2024 – for which we issued an open call in three categories – we provide opportunities to perform at various spots in the House for up-and-coming musicians and hobby bands at the beginning of their careers, as well as street musicians, music schools, and music workshops. In the Take the Stage! series, talented, emerging musicians and hobby music formations (bands, vocal ensembles, mixed formations, etc.) at the beginning of their careers perform, who have so far had little chance to present themselves to a wider audience. This time, The Juice will give a concert on the Outdoor Stage.

The band The Juice was formed in 2022, and since then they have released two English-language albums and a Hungarian-language EP, the continuation of which they are currently working on. They see it as their mission to provide a unique experience at their concerts, often involving the audience, in the spirit of the motto “from audience to community.” They also create their music videos and album covers with the involvement of members of their circle of friends. Several of their songs have been played on Petőfi Radio, and in addition to clubs and festivals they have also performed on the Petőfi TV show Akusztik. Their concert program usually consists of their own compositions, somewhere on the border between funk and rock: The Juice is a cocktail that is both gritty and pleasantly smooth.

Dear Visitor, We kindly inform you that during the event, photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings may be taken. By attending the event, you consent to the recording of such materials through your implied conduct.

Good To Know!

Covered Open-air Stage concerts

The program will be held even in rainy weather, as the Open-air Stage is largely covered.

In support of the House of Music's mission, we have launched the Fringe programme - a call for applications in three categories - for music schools and their students, hobby musicians and street musicians to perform at various venues in the House. The Up on Stage! series features talented beginner and amateur musicians who have had little opportunity to perform on a wider stage.
