Do you have carefully curated playlists? Have you ever shown your friends a song you’d just discovered, and then struggled to explain why and what makes it such great music when you saw their bewildered looks? If you recognized yourself in any of the above, this probably won’t come as a big surprise: you’re a true music lover! Just like us. We created the *Damn, I Knew That!* quiz series at the House of Music Hungary’s Pop Culture Club Library for you and music gurus like us.
Curious to find out how at home you are in the world of music? This is the place for you! We welcome teams of up to five people. As you can probably tell from the above, this roughly two-hour quiz night is best suited to more experienced players—or at least those who aren’t complete newcomers to the world of music. Expect a quiz focused mainly on pop culture and pop music, though a few questions about classical music might also sneak in.
We’re also delighted to announce that, thanks to our partnership with MONYO Brewing, launched in fall 2025, the winning team will now receive a valuable gift box filled with some of the brewery’s most exciting beers and soft drinks, in addition to the prize codes redeemable for House of Music tickets that have been awarded until now!

Do you maintain carefully curated playlists? Have you ever played a newly discovered song to your puzzled friends and then had to explain, with considerable effort, what makes it such great music? If you recognise yourself in the above, then this might not be such a big secret for you, but you are a die-hard music fan! Just like us. Just for you and music gurus like ourselves, we have created the Dammit, I Knew That! quiz series, held in the Pop Culture Club Library of the House of Music, Hungary.
