The Sound Dimensions exhibition of the House of Music offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of pieces of feedback, we can confidently say – lasts a lifetime. We would also like to make it possible for underage children to experience this, thereby giving parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in safe hands. This is why we have created a guided tour specifically for children, taking place without adults, with the aim of allowing the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that suits their own needs.
The 90-minute session uses games, music, and the presentation of parts of the exhibition that may not be immediately noticeable at first glance to win children over to the world of music. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy the attractions of the House of Hungarian Music or even other sights in the City Park for 90 minutes without interruption.
In order for the children to feel as good as possible and to be able to loosen up among their peers, we kindly ask that tickets be purchased exclusively for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to participating in the program for an hour and a half without an accompanying adult!
Adults interested in the exhibition need to purchase a full-price ticket; they can view the exhibition independently of this program.
