The House of Music’s exhibition titled Sound Dimensions offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of responses, we can safely say – will last a lifetime. We would like to make it possible for underage children to experience this as well – and thereby give parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in safe hands. For this reason, a guided tour has been created specifically for children, held without adults, with the aim of allowing the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that suits their own needs.
The 90-minute session uses games, music, and the presentation of parts of the exhibition that might not be discovered at first glance to win children over to the world of music. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy the attractions of the House of Hungarian Music or even other sights in City Park for 90 minutes without interruption.
In order for the children to feel as good as possible and to be able to relax among their peers, we kindly ask that tickets be purchased exclusively for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to participating in the program for an hour and a half without an accompanying adult!
Adults interested in the exhibition must purchase a full-price ticket; they can visit the exhibition independently of this program.
