Guided Tour for Children in the Permanent Exhibition
The session is held in Hungarian.
The Sound Dimensions exhibition of the House of Music offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of feedbacks, we can safely say – lasts a lifetime. We would like to make it possible for underage children to experience this as well – and at the same time give parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in safe hands. For this reason, we have created a guided tour specifically for children, held without adults, the aim of which is to enable the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that suits their own needs.
The 90-minute session seeks to win children over to the world of music through games, music, and by presenting parts of the exhibition that might not be discovered at first glance. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy, without interruption for 90 minutes, the House of Music or even other sights of City Park.
In order for the children to feel as good as possible and to be able to relax among their peers, we kindly ask that tickets be purchased exclusively for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to taking part in the program for an hour and a half without an accompanying adult!
Adults interested in the exhibition need to purchase a full-price ticket, and they can visit the exhibition independently of this program.
