Guided Tour for Children in the Permanent Exhibition

The House of Music’s exhibition titled Sound Dimensions offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of responses, we can safely say – lasts a lifetime. We would like to make it possible for young children to experience this as well – and thereby give parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in good hands. This is why we created a guided tour specifically for children, taking place without adults, with the aim of allowing the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that suits their own needs.
The 90‑minute session uses games, music, and the presentation of parts of the exhibition that may not be immediately apparent, to win children over to the world of music. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy the House of Music, or even other sights of City Park, for 90 minutes without interruption.
In order for the children to feel as good as possible and to be able to open up among their peers, we kindly ask that tickets be purchased only for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to taking part in the programme for an hour and a half without an accompanying adult!
Adults interested in the exhibition are required to purchase a full‑price ticket and can visit the exhibition independently of this programme.
