Guided Tour for Children in the Permanent Exhibition
The session is held in Hungarian.
The Sound Dimensions exhibition of the House of Music offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of feedback responses, we can safely say – lasts a lifetime. We would like to make it possible for young children to experience this as well – and thereby give parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in safe hands. For this reason, a guided tour has been created specifically for children, held without adults, the aim of which is to allow the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that meets their own needs.
The 90-minute session uses games, music, and the presentation of parts of the exhibition that may not be apparent at first glance to win children over to the world of music. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy the House of Music or other sights of City Park for 90 minutes without interruption.
In order for the children to feel as good as possible and to be able to relax among their peers, we kindly ask that tickets be purchased exclusively for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to participating in the program for an hour and a half without an accompanying adult!
Adults interested in the exhibition must purchase a full-price ticket; they can view the exhibition independently of this program.
