Guided Tour for Children in the Permanent Exhibition
The session takes place in Hungarian.
The House of Music’s exhibition titled Sound Dimensions offers an experience that – based on hundreds of thousands of feedback responses, we can confidently say – lasts a lifetime. We would like to make this possible for underage children as well – and thereby give parents the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition at their own pace, knowing their children are in safe hands. This is why we created a guided tour specifically for children, taking place without adults, the aim of which is to allow the youngest age group to encounter the themes of the exhibition in a way that suits their own needs.
The 90-minute session uses games, music, and the presentation of points in the exhibition that may not be discovered at first glance to win children over to the world of music. At the same time, it allows parents to enjoy the House of Music or even other sights in the City Park for 90 minutes without interruption.
In order for the children to feel as good as possible and to be able to loosen up among peers, we kindly ask that you purchase tickets exclusively for children aged 4–8, and only if your child is open to taking part in the program for an hour and a half without an accompanying adult!
Adults interested in the exhibition need to purchase a full-price ticket; they can view the exhibition independently of this program.
