How to Become a Superhero?

Laci Pirisi and Petra Grisnik aim to provide educational entertainment and save the world with their engaging, interactive performance. The world is almost constantly under threat from countless dangers! Luckily, even if only in the realm of imagination, superheroes exist who are professionally committed to defending the city, justice, or even the whole world. Knowing all the different superheroes is nearly impossible, but based on films made about their stories, there’s a great opportunity to examine to what extent music accompanying their heroic deeds contributes to the assessment of each character. How does music help raise the stakes? How can music be used to nuance our heroes’ personalities? What musical tools help deepen the mystique of the story?

In the first episode of the second season of the music series, we seek answers to these and similar questions, and with the help of interactive experiments, we also explore how effectively musical elements typical of the genre can be applied in situations outside the genre, or even in everyday life. The goal, as in previous parts of the series, is still entertaining, interactive education, and of course, saving the world.
