Over the past 40 years, the Artisjus award-winning instrumentalist and composer Szabolcs Szőke, who is 75 this year, has been a soloist in many orchestras (Kolinda, Makám, Tin-Tin Q, etc.). His commitment to Balkan and Eastern music, especially as a gadulka player and composer, has been proven time and time again in recordings, and at festivals and concerts in Hungary and abroad. On this particular evening, his works, deeply imbued with the influences of these cultures, will be performed by the musicians who are currently his most active collaborators, and with an invited guest musician - Gilad Weiss (fretless guitar and various oriental stringed instruments).
