Lunchtime Concert – Alba Trio: Journey in C minor

Concert at lunchtime! Have lunch with a concert! In this series of the House of Music, we can enjoy short concerts by young talents during lunchtime. This occasion will feature the students of the Liszt Ferenc Music Academy, and in addition to the 35-minute mini-concert, even the meal fits into the lunch hour. The audience will be able to enjoy juvenile masterpieces by Beethoven and by Shostakovich, both scored for violin, cello and piano, and both in the key of C minor. The pieces will be performed by the Alba Trio, consisting of Angelo Gragnoli (violin), Emilia Spasojevic (cello) and Lucija Kašnar (piano), who started their collaboration in the spring of 2024. All three of them are currently studying at the Liszt Ferenc Academy in Budapest, where they’re the chamber music students of Professor Balázs Fülei. As a trio, they have performed at Müpa Budapest and various events organized by the Liszt Academy.
